Event Cleaner, Darwin

About the Role

We are currently seeking motivated, enthusiastic and reliable Event Cleaners to join our team for Darwin Dry Season. You must have flexibility to work various shift times during the event, ranging from morning, afternoon, evening and overnight. If you are a go-getter, that is not afraid to work hard and get your hands dirty, then this is a fantastic fit for you!

Duties & Responsibilities

• Picking rubbish from the grounds
• Cleaning of toilet facilities (internal and portable)
• Wiping tables
• Emptying & moving bins
• Vacuuming and mopping floors
• Window cleaning
• Any additional tasks requested by supervisor 

Mandatory requirements:

•  Previous experience in a hands-on, labouring or cleaning position
•  A current (within the past 12 months) or be able to obtain a National Police Clearance
• Availability to work at NRL Event 17th April as minimum
•  Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
•  You are a go-getter with an enthusiastic attitude  
•  Physical strength and stamina due to labour intensity of the role and size of site
•  Excellent communication skills
•  High standard of work, cleanliness and attention to detail 

• Working with Children Check 

• Have a smartphone to clock in and out of shifts
